Our client is a growing design-and-build company delivering high-end residential and commercial gardens across Southwest London and Surrey. As their studio and projects continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to oversee on-site delivery and support their commitment to exceptional quality.
The Role
This is a hands-on, site-based leadership role. You will lead a small team on residential landscaping projects, overseeing daily site operations and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Directors, you will manage site setup, materials, team coordination, and quality control, while acting as a professional point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscaping team (typically 2β4 people)
- Deliver high-quality hard landscaping works, including:
- Paving (sub-base, laying, pointing)
- Brick and block work
- Timber work, decking, fencing, pergolas
- Paths, edging, turfing
- Water feature installation

You are an experienced landscaper with strong leadership skills, pride in your workmanship, and the confidence to run a site professionally.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 3 yearsβ experience in landscaping teams on residential projects
- Strong background in hard landscaping and landscape construction
- Ability to read drawings and set out sites accurately
- Solid understanding of health & safety requirements
- Organised, proactive, and reliable
- Full UK driving licence
