Our London Based client is seeking a Landscape Team Leader to join their vibrant team.

The Landscape Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating a small site team, typically comprising 2 5 landscapers, to deliver landscape construction works safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.

The role provides a vital link between the Project Coordinator and the site team, supporting clear communication, consistent standards, and well-coordinated delivery on site.

In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the Landscape Team Leader is a working role and is expected to actively carry out skilled landscape construction works alongside the team.

The Team Leader leads by example through high-quality workmanship, safe working practices, and effective site organisation.

This role description sets out the expected standard of competence for a Landscape Team Leader within the business.

Individuals will typically progress into this role from the Skilled Landscaper position and will be supported in developing leadership, planning, and site management capability over time.
