Location: South West London, covering high-end properties in SW, West London, and surrounding areas. Company vehicle and mobile provided, salary up to Β£38k doe.

Our client is a prestigious garden design, construction, and maintenance company with a reputation for excellence. Since 2005, their gardens have been featured in leading magazines and television programs, earning numerous industry awards for their outstanding work. They are currently looking for an experienced Horticulturist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of two horticulturists across multiple prestigious residential sites
  • Deliver and oversee all aspects of garden care to an exceptional standard, including:
  • Specialist plant care, pruning, and seasonal feeding
  • Lawn care (scarification, aeration, tailored feeding programmes)
  • Routine irrigation system checks and minor repairs
  • Light maintenance tasks such as clearing drains and replacing bulbs
  • Liaise with clients and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
  • Organise daily schedules and travel between properties efficiently
  • Person Specification:

    • Horticultural qualification (essential)
    • PA1 and PA6 certificates (desirable)
    • Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
    • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
    • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
