Fresh Horticultural Careers is seeking a team leader/head gardener for a static site in North London. Immediate start with a 6-month probation; £30-35k per annum dependent on experience.
The role requires a minimum of five years in horticulture, Level 2 (ideally Level 3) qualifications, strong communication, and the ability to manage a daily team of 3–4 staff. PA1 & PA6 training are preferred, with 28 days leave including bank holidays.
