Hard Landscapers – All Levels | London & Home Counties Full-Time | Ongoing Opportunities Our client, a leading landscaping company, is seeking Hard Landscapers of all experience levels to join their growing teams on premium residential and commercial projects across London and the Home Counties. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-spec builds, develop your skills, and be part of an ambitious, award-winning team. Key Responsibilities * Work as part of a Hard Landscaping team on all aspects of garden build projects * Installation of paving, decking, fencing, brickwork, and other hard landscaping features * Operate hand tools, light plant, and machinery safely, including Kango breakers * Handle, transport, and dispose of waste materials responsibly * Document work progress through photographs and paperwork at each stage * Adhere to all health, safety, and company guidance on site * Assist with supervising, training, and motivating landscape assistants and apprentices * Carry out any additional duties required by the Operations Manager Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience in one or more areas of hard landscaping (paving, decking, fencing, brickwork, irrigation, turfing, general carpentry) * UK driving licence preferred * Right to live and work in the UK * Good spoken English and effective communication skills with clients, designers, and colleagues * Knowledge of materials and methods used within hard landscaping * CSCS/CPCS card, abrasive wheels, manual handling, and digger license (up to 10t) desirable but not essential What’s on Offer * Competitive salary depending on experience * Ongoing training and professional development * Opportunity to work on premium, high-specification projects * Be part of a supportive, ambitious, and fun team If you are a skilled Hard Landscaper or someone looking to develop your experience in the landscaping industry, we’d love to hear from you.
