Experienced Hard Landscaper & Landscape Foreperson
Location: London
Pay: £34,000.00-£42,000.00 per year DOE
Our client is looking for an experienced Hard Landscaper and Landscape Foreperson to join their team. These hands-on roles involve the day-to-day management of domestic garden build projects, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards of craftsmanship and detail. The Foreperson position includes working closely with the Project Manager and Director, taking responsibility for organising materials, supervising team members, and coordinating with subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and deliver all aspects of hard landscaping on site, from groundwork to final finishes
- Read and accurately interpret design plans and technical drawings
- Quantify and order materials as required
- Maintain clear communication with the office, clients, and site team
- Supervise team members, agency staff, and subcontractors
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety requirements
- Uphold reputation for exceptional quality and attention to detail

Qualifications and Experience
- Experienced Hard Landscaper
- Minimum 3 years professional landscaping experience
- Landscape Foreman
- Minimum 4 years professional landscaping experience
- Strong working knowledge of all hard landscaping techniques and materials
- Excellent eye for detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
- Confident using landscaping tools, machinery, and equipment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Horticultural knowledge (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices
- Full, clean UK driving license
