The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Soft Landscaper to join their team. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including planting, turfing, soft landscaping installations, and garden maintenance. Your role will focus on transforming outdoor spaces by implementing design plans, maintaining gardens, and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of clients’ homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain soft landscaping elements, including planting, turfing, lawns, hedging, and garden borders
- Work alongside the design and build team to bring garden designs to life
- Provide garden maintenance services, including plant care, pruning, and seasonal care
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Work efficiently and independently, managing time effectively
- Communicate directly with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of the work being carried out
- Maintain safety and cleanliness on all job sites
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in soft landscaping, including planting, turfing, and garden maintenance
- Strong plant knowledge and horticultural skills
- Good understanding of garden design principles
- Ability to work to high standards in a variety of garden environments
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both with clients and within the team
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
