Our Oxfordshire based client are a passionate team dedicated to creating a garden that inspires and endures. The garden team work together, creating and maintaining beautiful, sustainable landscapes and gardens. They pride ourselves on our fully organic status to preserve the gardens and landscapes as nature intended. The House and garden are undergoing a major transformation. Garden designer Dan Pearson’s expertise has been deployed to realise the gardens full potential. The garden team being an integral part of the development, maintenance and long term vision.

They are seeking a skilled gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a RHS level 2 or equivalent, at least 2 years experience in an ornamental garden setting. Passion for horticulture, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of garden care whilst upholding our organic principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planting, pruning, and maintaining a variety of plants, shrubs, and trees.
  • Lawn care, including mowing, edging, and weeding.
  • Soil preparation and garden bed maintenance.
  • Pest and weed control using sustainable methods.
  • Installation and maintenance of garden features (e.g., paths, patios, water features).
