We are seeking an exceptional pastoral Support Worker to join our Post 16 team, working with some of the most complex and vulnerable learners, helping them re engage with education, develop independence, and move forward with confidence.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting learners with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, including those with EHCP’s.
Your work will include
- Delivering 1;1 and small group interventions
- Supporting pupils who are EBSA or disengaged from education
- Providing pastoral, emotional wellbeing and learning support
- Contributing to the delivery and review of EHCP (Section F) provision
- Supporting reintegration and post 16 transitions
- Working closely with families, staff and external agencies (e.g. CAMHS, Educational psychologist)
- Developing personalised strategies, de-escalation approaches and resources.
