Fresh Futures is seeking a committed Outreach Worker to support 13–18 year olds experiencing EBSA, anxiety, SEMH needs or disengagement from education.

This community-based role involves home visits, building trust with young people and working with families to re-engage learners in education or alternative pathways.

Travel across Kirklees/Leeds, lone working, and safeguarding are core aspects, with mileage reimbursed.
