- Acting as senior SEO lead across key client accounts, presenting recommendations with clarity, confidence and authority.
- Forecasting, measuring and clearly demonstrating the impact of SEO activity on performance and ROI.
- Collaborating with UX, CRO, design, analytics and development teams to deliver integrated, audience-focused solutions.
- Leading SEO audits and consultancies for new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in the evolving AI and search landscape, guiding clients through change and opportunity.
- Supporting new business activity, including pitches, proposals and strategic input to win and grow accounts.
- Identifying opportunities to grow revenue across existing clients through SEO and integrated services.
- Mentoring and developing SEO team members, identifying skills gaps and supporting continuous progression.
- Supporting the Head of SEO in evolving the agency’s SEO offering, including tools, processes and training materials.
- Contributing to thought leadership, industry presence and Fresh Egg’s reputation in the market.
What you’ll bring:
- Significant experience in SEO strategy and delivery, ideally within an agency environment.
- A strong track record of delivering measurable organic performance improvements for clients.
- Deep technical and strategic SEO expertise, with a strong understanding of how SEO integrates with UX, CRO and wider digital channels.
- Confidence operating as a senior specialist, managing stakeholders and leading client relationships independently.
- Experience forecasting, measuring and communicating performance impact clearly and commercially.
- Strong understanding of the evolving search landscape, including AI and its implications for SEO.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness, with experience identifying growth opportunities and supporting new business.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset aligned with Fresh Egg’s culture and values.
What we’ll give you in return:
- Input into company goals – we ask for opinions on where the company should be headed.
- A structured training programme built around personal development plans and skills gaps.
- Enhanced pension contributions, critical illness, and death in service packages.
- Regular social events to suit everyone – quiz nights, beer tasting, BBQs and our infamous Christmas party.
- Workplace flexibility – we entrust our line managers to work with you and allow flexibility where needed.
- Wellbeing support – financial wellness sessions, a wellness guide, employee savings and cycle scheme access, plus activities and an in-office gym.
