As a Warehouse Team Manager, you will motivate and develop a team of warehouse operatives, administrators and hygienists, ensuring everything in our chill warehouse runs as it should. You will oversee the welfare of the team and be accountable for everything from monitoring adherence to process, to team performance and engagement. You will be accountable for a range of key metrics, influencing your team to achieve high standards and keep customers happy.
