Responsibilities include motivating and developing a team of warehouse operatives, administrators, and hygienists to ensure everything in our chill warehouse runs smoothly. You will oversee the welfare of the team and be accountable for monitoring adherence to processes, team performance, and engagement. You will be accountable for a range of key metrics and will influence your team to achieve high standards and customer satisfaction.
