A satisfying role

Motivating and developing a team of stock investigators, you’ll make sure everything in our chill warehouse runs as it should. You’ll report on and be accountable for everything from accidents and SOX compliance to team performance and engagement. You’ll also work with warehouse teams to develop ways to reduce stock write-offs. By doing so, you’ll help keep standards high, customers happy and colleagues safe.
