Customer Supply Planning Manager

This role involves supporting customer and business supply chain planning, demand insight gathering, managing customer-driven changes, and building relationships with key customers to optimize demand and supply processes. You will implement tactical plans aligned with growth strategies, ensuring cost-effective and inclusive team operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather forecasting insights for demand events, analyze impacts, and communicate findings across the supply chain.
- Support supply change management and communicate updates with stakeholders.
- Identify and track wastage risks and manage product discontinuations within specified timelines.
- Collaborate with sales teams for sales-driven change insights and provide feedback.
- Ensure timely understanding and documentation of customer change activities for resource planning.
About You:
Proven experience in supply chain, preferably within FMCG, retail, or foodservice sectors. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems like SAP.
