Job Description Job Description Warehouse Team Manager Shift Available: (Nights) 10:00pm - 6:00am with a typical shift pattern working Thursday to Monday If you are as ambitious as we are and you’re looking to progress a career in warehouse operations, join us as a Warehouse Team Manager at our Bicester Depot. You’ll be responsible for ensuring your team of warehouse operatives are working safely and efficiently, and that key targets are being achieved. You will lead by example and drive high performance through great communication, teamwork and building strong working relationships. You will work closely with the shift manager to plan workload and resource effectively, as well as developing the skills of your team members to support their career aspirations and increase shift capability. The above position will be Thursday to Monday on the Night Shift, but some flexibility is required. To join us as a Warehouse Team Manager you will have previous experience of leading a team in a fast paced, time pressured environment. Experience within a warehouse operation would be advantageous but is not essential.
