National Account Manager – Fresh Direct Bicester - Remote - Regional travel is part of this role. We have a new and exciting opportunity to join Fresh Direct working within the Framework and Keys channel. The role will provide the right individual with a great platform to further their sales career at Sysco UK. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities- Accountable for the customer performance, ensuring that company profitability, customer requirements and individual growth targets are met.
- Supports and executes Joint Business Plans to drive profitable and collaborative customer growth.
- Monitor, report & forecast on account performance against sales budget and cash margin in order to maximise future performance.
- Manage contractual Key Business Indicators as part of all customer reviews.
- Annually review customer account plans as part of the budgeting process for the following year.
- Work with other departments as required to ensure that budgeted sales targets, account profitability, customer satisfaction and retention are achieved across portfolio.
- Identify, understand and communicate both the customer needs and development aspiration.
- Work with the required Fresh Direct Group function to meet those needs and aspirations.
- Strong internal communication skills to ensure management team members are kept updated on any opportunities or threats that could potentially impact the business.
- Fully utilise the NPD function of the business to ensure that all opportunities within current customer base are maximised to drive account value and profitability.
