What you will be doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while consistently identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Report weekly on performance, progress and key challenges.
  • Work with the commercial team to set and implement pricing strategies to meet or exceed margin expectations.
  • Track KPIs against sales targets and lead regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with depot operations and transport teams to ensure an excellent end‑to‑end customer experience.

  • Strong ability to both "hunt" for new business and "farm" existing relationships.
  • Effective across all internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Confident with sales data, budgets and margin analysis.
  • Driven, positive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
