Meals & More Charity, established by Brakes Foodservice in 2015, is seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Partnership Manager to further support its aims in providing support to children who live with poverty and social isolation and have limited access to adequate food provision and activity throughout school holiday periods. Meals & More is privileged to have the support of its founder organisation, Brakes Group (Sysco GB), and is now seeking to grow its impact and further develop its fundraising strategy to maximise and secure income opportunities from potential partners.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • To deepen and grow a portfolio of existing corporate supporter accounts, providing exceptional supporter care and delivering successful partnerships.
  • To develop corporate relations with an emphasis on securing new Meals & More supporter partners and funding.
  • To develop and manage Meals & More strategy for raising funds from the Corporate Business base.
  • To forge and nurture long-term mutually beneficial relationships with corporate supporters and raise funds towards the ongoing work of Meals & More.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of companies, taking responsibility for delivering and developing plans for securing new income from businesses by identifying growth areas and opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Develop a long-term strategy for Corporate Giving within the corporate arena.
  • Monitor Corporate Responsibility issues and keep up to date with professional fundraising associations and media regarding fundraising tools and skills development.
  • To develop, write, and present funding proposals, corporate applications, and reports.
  • Track, analyse, and report on fundraising results in the Corporate field and measure, manage, and report performance using agreed performance measures.

About you:

We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar Partnership Management role, ideally with a fundraising background. You’ll have experience deepening and growing a portfolio of existing corporate supporter accounts, providing exceptional supporter care and delivering successful partnerships. As a member of a small team, the successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working directly with the Operations Director and the Board to develop a new partnerships strategy that increases the income and expands the reach of our services.

Meals & More provides funds and resources that help our delivery partners run holiday clubs across the United Kingdom. Founded by Brakes in 2015, Meals & More is an independent registered Charity. Through sustained growth, Meals & More reached its goal of supporting the provision of 2.5m meals through its network of partners. With over 35,000 children and young people attending clubs during the holidays, we are now looking to double our support.
