We are looking for a highly passionate and competent professional to cover the position of UK Marketing Coordinator for a permanent position. Reporting to the Regional Sr Marketing Director functionally and being part day to day of our UK team in our Wisbech facility (Cambridgeshire), the UK Marketing Coordinator is in charge of generating and managing all marketing projects related to the Del Monte® brand for the Fresh prepared fruits, fresh fruit & long shelf life foods & beverages category in UK and Ireland.
- Support the NPD & product & brand management for the categories
- Create and drive an in-store visibility strategy for the brand in all categories
- Coordinate with packaging, supply, factories key brand projects aligned with the plan and business objectives
- Organize and supervise key local consumer activities like promotions, sponsorship (like for example the Lawn Tennis Association sponsorship and relevant brand ambassadors)
- Coordinate communications/advertising & social media activities with our creative and media partners
- Handle marketing innovation projects (e-commerce etc)
- Make reporting of insights from the market and consumer data (including retail panel and category management data analysis)
- Support sales requirement for local markets customers (trade presentation)
- Be responsible for the local marketing budget
- Be a key member in the regional and global marketing community of Fresh Del Monte
Fluent in English (written and spoken) or English as mother tongue. Degree in Marketing or Business Management with Marketing/Sales specialization. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Sales/Trade Marketing or Marketing. Experience in the food industry is mandatory and ideally in an international FMCG company. Experience in driving marketing programs and NPD project management with a track record of success. Experience in advertising campaign development and roll out, 360° approach.
