Das erwartet Sie:
- Leitung und Organisation der interdisziplinären Notaufnahme in pflegerischer Verantwortung
- Steuerung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Patientenversorgung – auch in Belastungssituationen
- Personalführung, -entwicklung und -einsatzplanung eines interprofessionellen Teams
- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung pflegerischer Qualitätsstandards
- Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit ärztlichem Dienst, Funktionsbereichen und externen Partnern
- Mitwirkung an konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklungen und Projekten innerhalb der Notaufnahme
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in
- Abgeschlossene Fachweiterbildung in der Notfallpflege (DKG anerkannt)
- Idealerweise Leitungserfahrung oder abgeschlossene Leitungsausbildung bzw. die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Manchester Triage System (MTS)
- Hohe fachliche und soziale Kompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende wertschätzend zu führen
- Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit
- Einen notwendigen Nachweis über Immunisierung gegen Masern
