Registered Nurse – Renal Dialysis Unit
Are you an NMC Registered Nurse (General/Learning Disability/Mental Health) seeking an exciting new opportunity to learn specialist skills in renal dialysis nursing? OR are you an NMC Registered Nurse with renal experience, looking to take your next career steps with the world’s largest provider of dialysis products and services?
You may have NHS experience or have worked in the private care sector, but whatever your Nursing background, with the right attitude and aptitude we have an opportunity for you!
What does the role involve?
Being a Dialysis nurse requires commitment and passion along with the skills and competencies to juggle the technical nursing aspect whilst giving holistic care. You will be working autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
Bridgend Dialysis Unit is a brand-new clinic opening very soon. It will operate 21 haemodialysis stations, serving between 60 and 80 patients. Nursing is planned at a ratio of 1:3 patients.
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours a week. You’ll be working various shifts Monday to Saturday between 6.30am to 6.00pm.
