Healthcare Assistant â Level 3 (Health and Social Care) â Dialysis Assistant â 12 month fixedâterm position.
Are you a Healthcare Assistant with a Level 3 Health and Social Care specific qualification (NVQ, Apprenticeship, Diploma) or equivalent experience, seeking an exciting new opportunity to learn specialist renalâcare skills? Do you have the passion to provide outstanding patient experience and maintain high standards of care and dialysis treatment? We are seeking a helpful, tactful and meticulous individual who will follow rigorous procedures to join our clinic as a Dialysis Assistant in Grimsby.

Responsibilities
- Look after individual patients, prepare dialysis equipment for treatment, monitor vital signs, and assess, clean, and redress catheter sites as required.
- Liaise with patients, relatives and other visitors to the clinic.
- Ensure equipment is kept clean and supplies are wellâstocked, safely stored and used efficiently.
- Keep documentation upâtoâdate.
- Administer medication when required.
This is a fullâtime role of 37.5 hours per week. Current days involve various shifts between 6:30 am and 11:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
Specialist Disclosure: Healthcare Assistant â Level 3 Health and Social Care (Dialysis Assistant) posts will be subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
