To be successful in this role it is crucial that you are someone within a commercial sales background who looks to innovate and find different solutions, with strong business development skills and passion to drive an increase in market share.
Ideally you will have a degree in a profession allied to business or medicine alongside a certificate in marketing/sales management.
For this position we require you to be ABPI qualified with a detailed understanding of its practical application in a business environment.
Alternatively, if you are not already qualified, we would look for you to gain this qualification with support from the business.
This is a full-time, fixed term role until December 2027, 37.5hrs per week field-based role covering the Southeast of the UK, therefore a UK driving licence is essential.
Your Responsibilities
- Actively promote, generate and meet company sales targets across the entire product range, whilst achieving personal and company objectives.
- Liaise with Therapy Specialist Nurse on a regular basis to discuss territory/account activity, evaluations of products, latest therapy developments etc. which may have an impact on the FMC offering.
- Work closely with /and the development of Key Opinion Leaders.
- Co-ordinate with appropriate personnel to organize products for evaluations and lead and conduct product evaluations in targeted accounts.
Your Profile
- Experienced healthcare sales professional with a strong track record in business development and customer relationship management.
- Skilled in consumable sales with exposure to capital equipment and deep understanding of healthcare environments.
- Strong communicator with influencing skills, and the ability to build trusted internal and external relationships.
- Analytical, strategic, and confident in territory planning, forecasting, and delivering against regional sales and market share targets.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, resilient, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiator with strong organisational skills and proficiency in CRM and standard computer systems.
