Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 in the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation during hemodialysis treatments.
In this role, you will collect patient data, educate patients and families, and work with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective therapy.
