Do you have the passion to provide quality administrative support in a medical environment? Can you ensure that all visitors and patients receive a courteous and caring reception? Could you use your expertise to effectively maintain patient’s records? We need a confident and efficient Clinic Secretary to deal with numerous administrative and reception activities in our Epsom Dialysis Unit.
Having previous experience of this type of role, it is essential that your spoken and written English is clear and of a high standard. Face to face and telephone contact with patients and other suppliers will be a large part of the role so enjoying this interaction is key to your enjoyment of the role. This is a part time position working 18.75 hours per week, covering Thursday, Friday and Saturday 06:45 - 13:00.
