With a dedicated team of 1,600 employees, our facility utilizes advanced technologies such as bloodline assembly, automated sub-assembly, extrusion, injection molding, and ETO sterilization. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
- Support organizational development, workforce planning, and budgeting processes
- Partner with department leaders through regular meetings and strategic discussions
- Participate in executive meetings to provide HR insights and analytics
- Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Support the annual workforce and HR budget planning process
- Manage salary review processes including merit increases, promotions, and inflation adjustments
- Coordinate bonus and sales incentive programs
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with internal controls
- Talent Management & Performance
- Drive talent initiatives such as talent reviews, development planning, and mentoring programs
- Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational structures
- Support performance management and employee relations processes
- Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate local and global learning programs
- Deliver leadership and compliance training sessions for managers
- Support onboarding and integration processes for new employees
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead employee engagement initiatives including surveys and action planning workshops
- Organize HR programs, wellbeing initiatives, and company events
- Support internal communication and culture-building activities
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR compliance with local regulations and global policies
- Maintain data integrity within HR systems (Workday)
- Support audits and documentation for global and local compliance requirements
- Manage employee relations processes including investigations and disciplinary actions
- Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Support hiring managers in recruitment processes and final interviews
- Approve compensation offers to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree (HRM, MBA-HR, I/O Psychology) is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles within global organizations
- Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR practices
- Experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational change initiatives
- Experience working in matrix organizations and HR transformation environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and Turkish
