At our UK Head Office in Runcorn, we compound Parenteral Nutrition, which is an Intravenous product used to feed and improve the quality of life for our patients. They are at the heart of everything the team does and the prime reason it is all done - falling short in anything isn’t an option.
As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operative, you will join us on a solid career path, as you learn how our product is made. You will have the opportunity to learn and progress through different grades of preparation, picking, packing and compounding with ongoing opportunities to move to Senior and Team Leader roles if that’s your goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all batches and materials are transferred into the aseptic services unit in line with the production schedule.
- Preparing the Bill of Materials (BOM) and assembling raw materials for batches as per batch documentation.
- Transferring raw materials for production into the compounding suite.
- Maintaining production output through supporting continuous work flows.
- Labelling all batches that exit the compounding suite and ensuring all materials and components are replenished.
- Compounding our product within the Aseptic Suite once fully trained.
Qualifications:
- Some manufacturing experience ideally gained within the aseptic / pharmaceutical industry.
- A good understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) regulations.
- Undertaken training in manual handling procedures.
- Flexible with a motivated and professional approach to work.
- A strong team player with a right first time attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work to SOPs as you become part of a highly specialised team producing a life changing product for our patients.
