Job Summary
The Supply Chain System Analyst will play a key role in the Supply Chain organization, supporting existing system solutions and new system implementations. The role may involve acting as a business liaison between Supply Chain, Netcare, and other stakeholders.
Onsite presence is required in Lake Zurich, IL, 3 days per week.
Salary Range: $73,700 – $80,000
Note: Final pay will depend on experience, education, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for Supply Chain systems, including SAP Warehouse Management, Labor Management, Environmental Monitoring, and Tracelink.
- Analyze and report on supply chain system issues.
- Collaborate to specify and improve system processes.
- Support Tracelink for EDI and ASN data flow related to pharmaceutical shipments.
- Assist with system updates, implementations, and administration:
- Generate User Requirements based on business needs.
- Review functional specifications with IT to ensure accurate translation of business needs.
- Participate in project management activities.
- Document process impacts with business partners.
- Execute test scenarios.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for systems.
- Support validation/requalification of GMP/cGMP systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or IT.
- Pharmaceutical experience with EDI and ASN for Tracelink is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with supply chain systems support and maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in healthcare or FDA-regulated environments is a plus.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
