Are you a dedicated and organised Real-Time Planner, with experience in managing a headcount capacity plan? As a Resource Planner, you would be providing efficient, effective and safe resource planning for the Nursing team. This role will be full-time Monday-Friday and will be based in Runcorn. Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company that specializes in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the supply and demand challenges of nursing services are met and to ensure the appropriately skilled nurses are in the right place at the right time with the right support.
- Utilise the resource planning system (Total Mobile) and Standard Operating Procedures to enable efficiencies and drive continuous improvement using technology to enable effective, accurate and live workforce planning.
- Ensure the data held within the resource planning system always remains accurate and up to date.
- Utilise the resource planning system to run periodic analytical management reports and ensure they are prepared within the appropriate and allocated time frame.
- Utilise the data available to identify trends and key risks in order to plan more effectively for the future.
- Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, such as the Working Time Directive, when planning rotas and implementing staff working patterns to ensure safe working practices and mitigating risk to the business.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the use of IT systems to deliver workforce planning and scheduling solutions.
- Experience of managing multiple, conflicting priorities and delivering at pace to deadlines.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility, network, build relationships and trust.
- Evidence of continuous improvement through innovative and creative solutions.
