The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Full-time hybrid role of 37.5 hours, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Our head office is based in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring all contracts are implemented on time, fully compliant, and set up for success from day one.
- Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery to ensure consistent high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Legal, and operational teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact, managing stakeholder engagement, reviews, and escalations.
- Offering clear guidance to ensure compliance, informed decision-making, and adherence to contract terms.
- Validating pricing models, managing updates, and maintaining strong commercial governance.
- Identifying potential risks early, supporting dispute resolution, and ensuring robust governance and audit compliance.
- Enhancing processes, systems, and ways of working to deliver efficiency and best-in-class contract management.
Your Profile
- Organised and commercially minded, with a strong understanding of contract delivery and operational processes, ideally within a regulated or healthcare environment.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on pricing accuracy and commercial data integrity.
- Confident communicator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Customer Relations, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, and Billing.
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners such as customers and healthcare organisations.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify risks, resolve issues quickly, and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Driven by continuous improvement, with a focus on enhancing processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer and patient experiences while consistently meeting performance targets.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
