The predicted salary is between 20790 - 25410 £ per year.
Reporting to the Sales & Purchase Ledger Team Leader, the purpose of this role is to collect any outstanding payments against our customer accounts, to ensure that we are paid in an accurate and timely manner.
It’ll be your responsibility to accurately prepare customer invoices using our POD matching process, updating daily customer receipts against invoices and disputing delivery shortages with hauliers.
As you’ll be spending much of your time communicating with customers, you’ll need to have great interpersonal skills, good resilience and perseverance.
No two days are the same for our sales ledger team, and you will often receive ad-hoc queries from colleagues around the business, which you will also be responsible for investigating and resolving.

- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5pm.
