HomeLink Healthcare has been providing outstanding Hospital at Home services in partnership with the NHS and private healthcare providers since 2016, with a mission to help patients recover comfortably at home, avoid unnecessary admissions and improve health outcomes.

The Role: Community Registered Nurse
- Youll be responsible for contributing to the holistic assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care
On a Day-to-day Basis, Youll Be
- Providing 45-minute (minimum) patient visits
- Providing personal and clinical care, including IV therapy, and wound management
- Monitoring and recording conditions and escalating cases when needed
Whether youre initiating health promotion activities or liaising with other members of our multi-disciplinary team, youll help us empower our patients to be treated at home.
About You
A registered NMC Nurse with at least three years experience. Youll have the confidence to work autonomously in the community and share our commitment to delivering quality patient care. Compassionate and collaborative, youll bring strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with patients, carers and colleagues alike.
Youll Also Need
- The right to work in the UK without any form of sponsorship
- Car and a driverβs licence are essential as it is a mobile role
