We are currently recruiting reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors within a busy shopping centre setting. Full training and uniform will be provided for the successful applicant.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the premises
- Monitor and respond to alarms and incidents
- Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports
- Carry out inspections to prevent theft, damage, or safety risks
- Support loss prevention procedures
- Provide first aid when required
- Liaise with emergency services when necessary
- Maintain a visible security presence at all times
- Previous security experience (essential)
- Valid SIA Licence (required)
- Strong observation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible to work both day and night shifts
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
