Your Missions – Head of UK
Based in London, you are responsible for the development and animation of the British market for Frenchfounders. You contribute to the growth of the network, member satisfaction, and the brand's visibility among French-speaking leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors in the UK.
- Development and animation of the member network: Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 to 200 leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and top executives based in the UK. Create high-value connection opportunities between network members to promote experience sharing, business development, and professional synergies. Support new members in their integration and ensure a premium experience throughout their journey within the Club. Understand the strategic issues and objectives of each member to propose relevant connections, content, and opportunities. Regularly monitor satisfaction, engagement, and membership renewals. Track and analyse key performance indicators related to local activity.
- Event planning, content, and local visibility: Build and manage the event programming for the UK. Identify major business, technological, economic, or societal trends that may interest the community. Select and engage top speakers from entrepreneurial, corporate, financial, and institutional ecosystems. Organise and execute exclusive physical and digital events, ensuring a premium experience for participants. Develop sponsorship and monetisation opportunities associated with local events and initiatives.
- Business development: Drive network growth in the UK and manage your P&L. Identify, qualify, and meet potential high-value members within entrepreneurial, financial, technological ecosystems, and investors. Develop a strong local network with key players in the British ecosystem. Encourage recommendations and introductions within the existing community. Responsible for achieving growth and retention objectives in the UK market.
- Strategic partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key players in the local ecosystem: investment funds, private banks, consulting firms, incubators, accelerators, institutions, and large groups. Identify and conclude strategic partnerships to increase the visibility and impact of Frenchfounders in the UK. Build business opportunities around Frenchfounders' Corporate and Business Solutions offerings. Represent Frenchfounders at key events in the British entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and/or Business Development.
- Good knowledge of Finance, Investment, and Tech verticals.
- Experience in entrepreneurial ecosystems; VC, Startups, Incubators…
- Strong customer orientation.
- Results-oriented, responsible, autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented.
- Curious with a strong demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship and international matters.
- Excellent organisational skills, use of KPIs, monitoring indicators in a multitasking environment, attention to detail.
- Team spirit, kind and open-minded.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong interest in creating new connections, high emotional intelligence.
- Responsiveness, flexibility, adaptability, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of French.
- Proficient in English, excellent business culture.
