Main duties:
- Generate new business opportunities across Europe by prospecting, engaging, and building strong client relationships, with a particular focus on German-speaking markets.
The role:
- Identify and engage new prospects across target industries and European markets, particularly within the DACH region
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and online research
- Qualify and respond to inbound enquiries to assess potential business opportunities
- Maintain and grow CRM database with accurate contact and company information
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their asset management needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client meetings and proposal development
- Support sales pipeline progression and work closely with business development leadership to advance opportunities
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry exhibitions, and global team meetings across Europe
The candidate:
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in B2B service sales or business development across European markets
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
