Main duties:
- Managing and developing Spanish-speaking customer accounts, generating new business, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

The role:
- Report to the Export Sales Manager as a key member of the Sales Team
- Drive sales growth within Spanish-speaking markets (Spain and LATAM)
- Manage existing accounts and generate new business opportunities
- Attend customer sites and trade exhibitions, following a structured plan
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM reports, and order processing
- Support marketing and sales strategies to raise company profile
- Ensure sales activity meets agreed margins and KPIs
- Communicate effectively across departments and escalate issues when needed
- Work in a collaborative environment with strong team support
The candidate:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Prior industrial/manufacturing/export experience not necessarily required - full training provided
