Main duties: Working as part of an international team and liaising with stakeholders, you will be responsible for a project ensuring business goals are met timeously.
The role:
- Collaborating with internal teams, you will drive business analysis for a company-wide front office migration.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure business processes and requirements are aligned.
- Analyse and document current and future processes.
- Translate business challenges into clear requirements for development teams and vendors.
- Manage communication across time zones and regional teams to ensure alignment.
- Support solution design, testing and rollout with focus on scalability and local fit.
- Support company-wide digital projects to improve customer experience, data and results.
The candidate:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) essential.
- Fluent in Danish beneficial but not a requirement with any additional European language a strong advantage.
- Proven experience as a Business analyst required.
- Excellent communication skills with strong ability to manage stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Proficient in business and process analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Vision and Power BI.
- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
