Main duties:

  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical consultancy, support solution design, deliver partner training, configure and test systems, and build strong technical relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

The role:

  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical consultation, including sales qualification, solution design, and bid support.
  • Deliver technical training to partners and identify training needs for continuous improvement.
  • Configure and test systems and terminal equipment for demonstrations and trials.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and presentations for partners and end-users.
  • Develop training documentation to support partner education.
  • Stay updated on company infrastructure, terminal products, and new features.
  • Build and maintain strong technical relationships with partners to support product sales.
  • Assist partners in designing and specifying systems and software applications.
  • Take ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring proactive and successful completion.

The candidate:

  • Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • HNC/HND in Electronic Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the two-way radio communications industry.
  • DMR experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as DMR, TETRA, RF principles, Push-to-Talk-over-Cellular, LTE, Bodycam technology, dispatching software, mobile device management software, SIP, and IP networking.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key accounts and new business prospects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high levels of satisfaction.

The salary: up to 80000€ OTE per annum
