A high-quality manufacturer in the décor industry is seeking a Trilingual French and German Speaking Export Customer Service Advisor.

Main duties:

  • Assist the Export department and deliver excellent customer service to high-end customers.
  • Handle all queries received via email and website.
  • Answer calls from customers and Sales Managers.
  • Generate orders and data inputting.
  • Manage customs and export paperwork for deliveries.
  • Assist colleagues/other departments in busy periods.
  • Perform administrative duties as required.

The candidate:

  • Fluent in both French and German (both written and verbally).
