The Company: A long-standing manufacturer and distributor of specialist components in the safety and risk management industry.

Main duties: To increase sales with both new and existing customers covering the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy.

The Role:

  • To be the main point of contact for key accounts within the territory
  • To manage lead generation and develop clear sales strategy for conversion
  • To manage existing clients’ accounts and build strong working relationships
  • To have excellent knowledge of and promote the ready-made and custom products to the clients
  • To travel and visit clients across the allocated territory
  • To oversee and provide competitive quotations based on the clients’ requirements
  • To follow up on distribution of products and advise clients accordingly
  • To attend exhibitions and trade shows where required

The Candidate:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English to mother tongue standard (written and spoken) - Essential
  • Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) - Beneficial
  • Experience in Sales or Business Development within a manufacturing industry - Essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to situations
  • Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
  • IT literate
