Main duties:

  • Generate new business opportunities across Europe by prospecting, engaging, and building strong client relationships, with a particular focus on German-speaking markets.
  • Identify and engage new prospects across target industries and European markets, particularly within the DACH region.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and online research.
  • Qualify and respond to inbound enquiries to assess potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow CRM database with accurate contact and company information.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their asset management needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client meetings and proposal development.
  • Support sales pipeline progression and work closely with business development leadership to advance opportunities.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry exhibitions, and global team meetings across Europe.

The candidate:

  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in B2B service sales or business development across European markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting skills with a proactive hunter mentality.
  • Proficient in using online platforms and research tools for outreach activities.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
