Main duties: To support with accounting and sales administration.
The role:
- Assist the Accounts Payable team and support with general bookkeeping activities
- Process daily banking and invoices
- Follow up any overdue payments with credit control
- Liaise with Accountants in France and support with documents needed for month-end or year-end closing
- Provide strong customer service and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
- Process orders in the system and maintain accurate order details in the system
The candidate:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within an accounting field – Essential
- Degree educated in Business Management, Accounting or Finance – Beneficial
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
