Salary: between £50,000 per annum and £55,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus and great benefits
The company: A leading international food manufacturer serving retailers, distributors and foodservice partners in international markets.
Main duties:
- Lead the digital marketing strategy to grow the brand, engage consumers and deliver commercial results across Europe.
- Develop and deliver the digital strategy supporting both brand and business growth.
- Lead and develop the Digital team by setting clear priorities, nurturing talent and driving high performance.
- Own the digital marketing budget ensuring investment is effectively allocated and delivers strong commercial returns.
- Oversee paid media activity across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant marketing platforms.
- Lead social, influencer and content strategy growing brand awareness, engagement and brand loyalty across Europe.
- Drive D2C, eCommerce and customer growth focusing on acquisition, conversion, retention and repeat purchase.
- Manage agencies, media partners and internal stakeholders ensuring strong collaboration and effective campaign delivery.
- Drive the use of new digital technologies and AI to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with Sales, Category and PR teams to ensure digital activity supports wider business goals.
- Track digital performance and results using insights to improve campaigns and demonstrate impact.
The candidate:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) essential.
- Fluent in Chinese / Mandarin or a European language beneficial but not a requirement.
- Experience in digital marketing as well as leading a team essential.
- Background within the FMCG industry highly sought after.
- Broad digital expertise across paid media, social, influencer, eCommerce, D2C and CRM.
- Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Experience managing agencies, media partners and external suppliers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for food and the food industry.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
