A well-established international Tour Operator and Destination Management Company.

Main duties: You will be managing group travel bookings for the UK and Ireland by preparing quotes, responding to client requests, and securing confirmed business. It also involves negotiating with suppliers and coordinating with operations to ensure successful delivery of each group.

The Role:

  • Generate and develop new and repeat group travel business for UK & Ireland destinations
  • Prepare detailed and competitive quotations and itineraries for client groups
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to support ongoing business
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to maximise value and margins
  • Ensure accurate booking information and smooth handover to the operations team
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to keep offers competitive

The Candidate:

  • Fluency in either German, Italian or a Scandinavian language would be required
  • Previous experience within a Destination Management or Travel Management Company – Essential
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK and Ireland as a destination
  • Knowledge of market rates and prices
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to situation
  • Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
  • IT literate

Salary: £32,000 to £39,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits.
