Main Duties: You will be in charge of managing customer orders from initial entry through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfilment and smooth communication throughout the process. The Role: - Process and manage customer orders accurately from entry through to dispatch. - Check pricing, lead times, customer details and required documentation. - Monitor orders and proactively update customers on progress, delays or issues. - Resolve order discrepancies and work with internal teams to remove any blockers. - Maintain accurate customer and order data using the company's CRM system - Support the wider Customer Service team and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.
