Hungarian or German speaking Customer Service Associate
Location: Preston – hybrid after training
Salary: £22,500 per annum plus benefits

The Company:

Main duties:
Provide high level customer service and administrative support.
The role:
– Answer telephone calls from customers and make outbound calls when required
– Processing payments and bookings
– Manage inbox and reply to emails
– Handle customs paperwork
– Support the team with any administration duties as necessary
The candidate:
– Fluent in either German or Hungarian (written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous office experience
– Great communication skills
– Team player and motivated candidate
– Flexible to work shifts and weekends
