  • Manage and coordinate inbound group bookings, ensuring all details are captured accurately.
  • Oversee the seamless execution of MICE and general group travel from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to deliver high-quality service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with travel and MICE industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and suppliers.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in managing inbound groups within a tour operator or DMC environment.
  • Strong experience with MICE groups is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Portuguese, German, French, Italian, or Spanish (preferred but not essential).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
