Main Duties:

  • To oversee day-to-day accounting operations across the UK and France, while leading the accounts team.
  • Lead and develop the accounts team, setting priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Oversee all accounting operations across legal entities, including multi-currency reconciliations, trial balance accuracy and debtor management.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly and year-end management accounts, including VAT, VIES and EU reporting.
  • Manage cashflow reporting and support annual budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain strong financial controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous process improvement through KPIs.
  • Assist in other assignments and projects when required, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

The Candidate:

  • Fluent in French (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in a Finance role.
  • AAT qualified would be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proactive, confident and dynamic personality.
  • IT literate with experience with Excel and Sage.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum.
