Main duties:
- Representing a well-established fabric company, you will grow the market within a designated region (Munich) building good relationships with customers while managing an active sales pipeline.
The role:
- Identify and engage with potential new customers with the intent to expand the client base.
- Conduct client presentations showcasing multiple product lines.
- Manage a large number of active accounts providing great service.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline of high value orders and quotes.
- Offer customized solutions and expert sales guidance across product lines.
- Work together with the UK based customer service team for orders and to resolve any issues.
- Keep all details on CRM system up to date and accurate.
- Support showroom appointments and events.
The candidate:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) with an excellent command of English.
- Sales or Business Development or Account management experience needed - ideally within the fabrics/interior design industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a client portfolio, delivering measurable sales outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident disposition.
- Organised, proactive and sales driven.
- Must be able and willing to travel within the Munich area 60% - 70% of the time.
The salary: up to €50,000 per annum plus commission.
